Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time may begin processing the same business day for items marked "In Stock – Toronto."
Orders placed after this time or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Supplier-fulfilled (dropshipped) items typically require 1–3 business days processing time before shipment.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Myshpol ships to customers in:

* United States
Some products may have regional shipping limitations which will be indicated on the product page.
3. Shipping Timeframes
Toronto-Stocked Items
Products stocked in Toronto typically arrive within:
2–5 business days within Canada
3–7 business days within the United States
after dispatch.
Supplier-Fulfilled Items (Dropshipping)
Products shipped from partner warehouses typically arrive within:
10–25 business days after dispatch
depending on destination and carrier.
Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary.
4. Free Shipping
Myshpol offers free standard shipping in both Canada and the United States.
However, certain remote areas or special delivery regions may require additional shipping charges.
If additional charges apply, customers will be notified before shipment and may choose to approve or cancel the order.
Express or expedited shipping options may be offered at checkout at an additional cost.
5. Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges
Some products, especially oversized or internationally shipped items, may be subject to:
* Import duties
* Customs fees
* Local taxes
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to appear in carrier systems.
Orders may also be tracked through your Myshpol account.
7. Delivery Issues and Delays
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Myshpol is not responsible for delays caused by:
* Shipping carriers
* Customs processing
* Weather conditions
* Strikes or service interruptions
* Holidays or peak seasons
If tracking shows "Delivered" but the package is missing, please:
* Check with household members
* Check with neighbours
* Check with building management

8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may:
* Be delayed
* Be returned
* Require additional shipping fees
Address changes may not be possible after shipment.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
