Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
Add the items you wish to purchase to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards as well as digital wallets through Shopify’s secure checkout system. All payments are processed by trusted payment providers, and Myshpol does not store credit card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders begin processing quickly after they are placed. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact support@myshpol.com as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
Myshpol uses a hybrid fulfillment model. Some products are stocked and shipped directly from Toronto, Canada, while others are shipped from trusted supplier partner warehouses.
Where do you ship to?
Myshpol primarily serves customers in Canada. Shipping to the United States may be available for select products and will be calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Toronto-stocked items typically arrive within 2–5 business days in Canada. Supplier fulfilled items typically arrive within 7–20 business days depending on the destination and carrier.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Myshpol offers free standard shipping within Canada. Some remote areas may require additional shipping charges which will be communicated before shipment.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.
What if my package shows delivered but I cannot find it?
Please check with household members, neighbors, or building management. If the package still cannot be located, contact support@myshpol.com.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to update it before shipment.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
Most unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they remain in original condition and packaging.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Used hygiene items, clearance items, gift cards, digital products, or items marked non-returnable may not qualify for return.
How do I start a return?
Contact support@myshpol.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Myshpol covers return shipping. Otherwise customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is inspected.

Are product photos and descriptions accurate?
We strive to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate, though minor variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
How do you ensure quality for supplier fulfilled products?
Myshpol works with trusted suppliers and monitors product quality and performance. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team.
