1. Overview
At Myshpol, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we're here to help.
This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for orders placed through www.myshpol.com.
2. Return Eligibility (30 Days)
You may return most new, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided that:
* The product is unused and in original condition
* The product is in original packaging and includes all accessories or tags
* Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
* The item was purchased directly from Myshpol.com
Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not qualify for a refund.
Myshpol reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, supplier restrictions, or clearance conditions, including:
* Used trash cans, kitchen accessories, or organizers that have come into contact with food or waste
* Personal care or hygiene-related items once opened or used
* Clearance or final-sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
* Gift cards or downloadable products
* Products marked as Non-Returnable on the product page
Some supplier-fulfilled items may not be eligible for return according to supplier policies.

The reason for return
Clear photos if the item is damaged or defective
We respond within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, Toronto time) with return instructions and the correct return address (Toronto stock or supplier warehouse).
5. Return Shipping Costs
* If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Myshpol will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label.
* For other reasons (change of mind, wrong selection, or not as expected), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Myshpol is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable except when the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
If a discount code was used, the refund will reflect the discounted purchase price.
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or model (where applicable), please request an exchange when submitting your return request.
Exchanges depend on product availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include photos of:
* The damaged item
* Packaging
* Shipping label (if available)
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
9. Drop shipped or Supplier-Fulfilled Items
Some products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses outside Canada.
These items may require return shipping to an international address.
Our support team will provide the correct return instructions if required.
Return shipping costs for supplier-fulfilled items follow the same rules described in Section 5.
10. Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges
For certain oversized or internationally shipped products, customs duties or import taxes may apply.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
11. Late or Missing Refunds
